Less than two days after the army abducted a Palestinian child in Silwan town, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank, the soldiers abducted her father on Sunday. The soldiers also abducted five Palestinian children in Al-‘Isawiya.

The Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Silwan (Silwanic) reported that the soldiers abducted a Palestinian man, Khalil Ghazzawi, after storming his home in the Ath-Thouri neighborhood and ransacking it.

Silwanic stated that the army violently searched Ghazzawi’s home, causing property damage, before abducting him.

It added that, on Thursday, the soldiers abducted Ghazzawi’s daughter, Toqa, 12, who is only twelve years old.

The child was abducted in the Old City of Jerusalem and was moved to an interrogation facility in the occupied city.

The Israeli army claimed that the child wrote on a paper “we will be victorious or die,” and “Victory is near,” before placing it on the windshield of a police car.

In related news, the soldiers abducted five children, Abdul-Hadi Abu Zakham, Ali Elian, Majed Elian, Mohammad Abu Khaled, Mohammad Da’as, Zainuddin Abu Al-Hummus and Marwan Mustafa, from their homes in the Al-Isawiya town, in Jerusalem.

Also Sunday, Israeli soldiers injured a Palestinian and abducted two others, including a child, in  Jerusalem.
