On Saturday, Israeli soldiers attacked and injured a young Palestinian man in Silwan town, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank, and abducted him.

Media sources said the soldiers stopped the young man in the Al-Ein area in Silwan before repeatedly striking him, causing several injuries.

The sources added that the soldiers cuffed the young man and abducted him before moving him to an unknown destination.

On Friday night, the soldiers invaded many neighborhoods in Silwan, leading to protests, and fired rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.
