On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers confiscated a truck and detained several Palestinians in the Mofiyya Meadow area in the Northern Plains of the Jordan Valley of the occupied West bank.

Mo’taz Bisharat, a Palestinian official who monitors Israel’s colonialist activities in the Northern Plains, said several army jeeps invaded the area after surrounding it.

He added that the soldiers confiscated a Palestinian truck carrying figs, and detained six residents, including shepherds.

The Israeli army has frequently been invading the area to prevent the Palestinians from constructing their homes and facilities and has already demolished several structures, in addition to the repeated violations and assaults by the illegal colonizers.
