On Wednesday evening, Israeli soldiers injured seven Palestinians and caused dozens to suffer from tear gas inhalation during an invasion of Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The invasion began at dawn, with soldiers conducting extensive and violent searches of homes, stores, and other buildings, leaving significant damage in their wake.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that a child was struck in the face with a gas bomb, sustaining moderate injuries.

The PRCS also reported that seven Palestinians were shot—five with live ammunition and two with rubber-coated steel bullets.

Additionally, PRCS teams treated 50 Palestinians for tear gas inhalation, cuts, and bruises, and evacuated 21 patients to hospitals in Nablus for further medical care.

The Israeli army has also forcibly displaced dozens of families from their homes, which were subsequently ransacked as the military continued its offensive in the refugee camp and surrounding areas.

In related news, Israeli forces continued their military offensive on Jenin and Jenin refugee camp in the northern part of the occupied West Bank for the 79th consecutive day, marked by widespread destruction and forced displacement.

On Tuesday, a 25-year-old man was shot in the head by soldiers during an invasion of the Al-Hadaf neighborhood near the refugee camp, where troops reportedly fired randomly, creating chaos and fear.

Furthermore, Israeli soldier shot and killed a Palestinian woman near Salfit, in the occupied West Bank’s central region.

The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that the soldiers killed Amana Ibrahim Mohammad Yacoub, 30, near a traffic light at the entrance of Hares village, west of Salfit.

Also, an elderly Palestinian man died of a heart attack on Tuesday, while Israeli forces carried out a demolition operation in the village of Wadi Fukin, west of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that the elderly citizen, Ghazi Badr Mufreh Manasra (70 years old) died after suffering a heart attack when occupation forces assaulted the owners of the targeted homes.

Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers have now killed 119 Palestinians, including 21 children and seven women, in several parts of the occupied West Bank, since the beginning of this year.

The army has killed 51 Palestinians in Jenin, 20 in Tubas, 15 in Nablus, 14 in Tulkarem, 5 in Hebron, 4 in Bethlehem, 3 in Qalqilia, 3 in Jerusalem, 2 in Ramallah, and 2 in Salfit.
