Many Israeli military jeeps invaded, on Monday at dawn, Zabbouba village and Qabatia town, in the northern West Bank district of Jenin, and kidnapped three Palestinians. The soldiers also stopped and searched dozens of cars.
The Jenin office of the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) said the soldiers invaded a number of homes in Zabbouba village, and kidnapped a young man, identified as Abdullah Saleh Tahayna.
The soldiers also stopped and searched dozens of cars, interrogated many Palestinians, and threatened to seal the village if local youths “continue to hurl stones at the military vehicles”.
Furthermore, the soldiers kidnapped two young men, identified as Ibrahim Ali Abu ar-Rob, and Mohammad Fatla Abu ar-Rob, from Qabatia town, south of Jenin.
In addition, several Israeli military vehicles invaded the West Bank city of Bethlehem, searched a few homes in Wad Ma’ali area, in the center of the city, and kidnapped three Palestinians, including a woman and her son. The soldiers also invaded the al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem.
Also at dawn, the soldiers invaded Beit Ummar and Ethna towns, in the southern West Bank district of Hebron, searched homes and kidnapped three Palestinians. One of the invaded homes belongs to the family of Omar Arafat Za’aqeeq, 19, who was killed by the army on November 27, 2015.
