On Monday morning, Israeli soldiers shot a young Palestinian man at Mazmoria military roadblock, south of occupied Jerusalem in the West Bank, allegedly after attempting a stabbing attack.
Media sources said the soldiers shot the young man and left him bleeding on the ground while closing and isolating the area.
Israeli medics were later called to the scene and treated the young man before he was taken away.
According to Israeli sources, the Palestinian was shot by an Israeli Border Guard officer when he reportedly pulled a knife and tried to stab the officers at the roadblock.
