On Thursday, Israeli soldiers invaded Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank, injuring four Palestinians, including two who were shot with live ammunition.

Media sources reported that several military vehicles entered the refugee camp, blocking streets and alleys, which led to protests.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that soldiers shot a 15-year-old child in the knee and a 21-year-old young man in the leg.

Additionally, the PRCS stated that the soldiers also detained and assaulted two children were, causing cuts and bruises.

Furthermore, soldiers abducted two siblings, Weam and Islam Qar’an, and surrounded a home before reinforcements arrived to escalate the invasion.

Similar invasions took place in other areas. In Nabi Saleh village, northwest of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, soldiers stormed an under-construction building and took control of its rooftop.

Meanwhile, in Deheishe refugee camp, south of Bethlehem, troops raided homes, occupied rooftops, and conducted searches.

In Nahhalin town, west of Bethlehem, soldiers forced several stores to shut down, stopped and searched numerous vehicles, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their identification cards.
