On Sunday, Day 69 since the resumption of the genocide in the devastated, besieged, and starved Gaza Strip, the Israeli army bombarded several areas of the coastal enclave, including schools and tents sheltering displaced families, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.
Medical sources reported that at least four Palestinians were killed and many others injured when the army fired a missile at a residential building on Thawra Street in western Gaza City.
Another Palestinian was killed, and several others wounded when the army bombarded the Al-Karma neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City.
In central Gaza, one Palestinian was killed and several others injured when the army fired a missile at a makeshift charging station for mobile phones and electronics in the Al-Haker area of Deir Al-Balah.
Also in Deir Al-Balah, an entire displaced family—three adults and two children—was killed, and many others injured when the army bombarded a tent in the Al-Masha’la area.
In Khan Younis, southern Gaza, the army targeted a tent housing a displaced family in Bani Soheila town, east of the city, killing a Palestinian child and wounding four members of his family.
Additionally, an Israeli military drone fired live rounds at children on Salahuddin Street in Bani Soheila.
Also in Bani Soheila, a missile from an Israeli military drone killed two Palestinians, Rida Abdul-Karim Najjar and Yassin Fawzi Najjar, and caused multiple injuries.
Furthermore, a Palestinian man, Sami Abu Doqqa, was killed and several others injured in an Israeli bombing of Al-Fukhari town, east of Khan Younis. The army also carried out two airstrikes in Qizan Najjar town, south of the city.
The Israeli army fired numerous artillery shells at several locations in Al-Qarara town, northeast of Khan Younis.

In Abasan town, east of Khan Younis, one Palestinian was injured when the army targeted a school housing hundreds of displaced families.
In northern Gaza, the army fired live rounds at Al-Joren Street in Jabalia, injuring several civilians.
In Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, three Palestinians, Ziad Abu Rokba, Bashir Hammouda, and Mohammad Al-Mughrabi, were killed, and several others were injured in an Israeli strike on the city.
The Israeli army also wired and detonated multiple Palestinian homes and buildings west of Beit Lahia.
The head of the media office of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Gaza stated to Al-Jazeera that there is no need to consider new mechanisms for delivering aid to Gaza.

According to UNRWA, the new aid plan in Gaza does not adhere to humanitarian principles and fails to ensure a fair distribution of assistance to the population. To address the crisis, Gaza requires the entry of 500 to 600 aid trucks daily.
In related news, the Israeli Knesset’s “Ethics Committee” ruled that Likud MP Nissim Vaturi’s call to burn Gaza “does not violate the ethical guidelines for Knesset members.”

According to the committee, the phrase “Burn Gaza” is permissible and does not constitute an ethical breach within the Knesset.
Al-Jazeera said his statements came after Israel allowed the entry of two fuel truck into Gaza, in what Israel said to “prevent the spread of disease”. In response to this decision, Nissim said, “burn Gaza, do not allow the entry of fuel or water until all hostages are released.”
Earlier Sunday, the Israeli army bombarded and shells many areas in the coastal enclave, killing at least 48 Palestinians, including a journalist and several members of his family, and wounding dozens, including children and women.
Israel has now killed at least 53,939 Palestinians, including more than 16,505 children and 9,799, and injured more than 122,797, largely children, women and elderly, in addition to about 11,000 Palestinians remain missing, largely under the rubble, across the devastated Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023 (596 Days).
