On Thursday, the Israeli army continued bombing and shelling various parts of the destroyed, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians. The Health Ministry said Israel has killed 136 Palestinians, including many children and women, in the last 24 hours.
Dozens of Palestinians, including women, were killed on Thursday evening as Israeli airstrikes targeted homes and refugee tents in Gaza.
Medical sources said 32-year-old Mohammed Khaled Al-Hams and his wife, 28-year-old Basant Naji Al-Hams, were killed, and many were injured, most in critical condition, after an Israeli airstrike targeted a tent housing displaced Palestinians in Al-Mawasi, south of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Additionally, three civilians were killed and dozens wounded in an Israeli airstrike that struck the Al-Agha family home in the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis. Two of the slain Palestinians were Abdul-Hai Hamdi Sharab and his wife, Hiba.
Another airstrike in the Al-Amoudi area of northern Gaza claimed the lives of two civilians and injured others, including children.
Medical sources said the conditions in the town of Al-Fukhari, east of Khan Younis, and the vicinity of the European Hospital are dire.
Israeli bombardment continues in the area, trapping dozens of families inside their homes with no communication access, leaving their fate unknown.
The sources indicate that hospitals are struggling to cope with the influx of hundreds of wounded civilians as airstrikes persist.
The number of fatalities is expected to rise due to the large number of critically injured individuals, compounded by limited medical resources.
Casualties were also reported when an Israeli military drone fired a missile at a tent in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza.
In Jabalia, in northern Gaza, at least two Palestinians were killed, and many injured, when the army fired a missile at a home in the Al-Fakhoura area, in the western part of the Jabalia refugee camp.
Al-Jazeera reported that the army bombarded a clinic in the Jabalia refugee camp, killing thirteen Palestinians, including children, and added that the corpses of two of the slain Palestinians were severely mutilated.
Israeli airstrikes have killed 136 civilians across Gaza, including 83 in the south, five in central Gaza, 11 in Gaza City, and 37 in the north.
The Israeli Broadcasting Authority announced today that ongoing negotiations have yet to yield a breakthrough, despite significant efforts by the United States to encourage all parties to make concessions that could lead to an agreement.
Talks continue in the Qatari capital, Doha, under growing American pressure aimed at narrowing gaps between the involved sides.
Meanwhile, Israeli sources suggest that Tel Aviv is assessing the possibility of reducing its planned military operations in Gaza to allow more room for diplomatic efforts and meaningful progress in negotiations.
It is worth mentioning that the government media office in Gaza has updated the death toll to more than 61,700 Palestinians, including thousands who remain under the rubble.
The number of documented slain Palestinians is now at least 53,010, including at least 15,626 children, 9,807 women, 3,855 elderly individuals, 237 journalists, and 23 medics. At least 119,864 people, mostly children, women, and the elderly, have been wounded since October 7, 2023.
