On the 106th day since the resumption of genocide in the Gaza Strip, medical sources in the besieged enclave reported that 102 Palestinians were killed and dozens more injured, including women and children, by Israeli fire since dawn, among them residents seeking food and humanitarian assistance.
Update: A young woman, boxing champion, Malak Musleh, succumbed to her wounds sustained in the Israeli bombing of the Al-Baqa resort on Gaza City’s coast, a day earlier.
The resort provided a hotspot for internet and electronics charging station used by Palestinian journalists, resulting in the immediate killing of thirty Palestinians and dozens of injures.
Among the slain Palestinians are media activist, Omar Zeino, content creator Ismael Abu Hatab, Virtual artist Omaima Salmi, and the sister of Palestinian journalist, who survived the attack, Bayan Abu Sultan.
In central Gaza on Tuesday evening, at least eleven Palestinians were killed and approximately 84 injured, including many children and women, as Israeli forces targeted displaced Palestinians seeking humanitarian aid near the Shuhada Junction—referred to by Israel as the “Netzarim Junction”, southwest of Gaza City.
Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat, central Gaza, reported that three Palestinians were killed and many others wounded by Israeli live fire during an attack on residents gathering to receive humanitarian aid.
In the Al-Maghazi refugee camp, also in central Gaza, at least two Palestinians were killed and many injured when Israeli forces bombed a UNRWA school sheltering displaced families.

At least 11 Palestinians were killed and dozens more injured Tuesday evening in a new massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) targeting people waiting for aid at the Shuhada Junction, southwest of Gaza City.
A medical source at the Al-Quds Hospital, affiliated with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Gaza, reported the arrival of the bodies of eight killed and more than 65 wounded as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ firing on those waiting for aid at the “Martyrs’ Junction” area.
Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat also announced the arrival of the bodies of three killed and dozens of injuries as a result of the occupation forces’ firing on civilians waiting for aid in the central Gaza Strip.
Earlier, 10 civilians were killed and others injured in a massacre perpetrated by the Israeli occupation forces when they bombed a house belonging to the Abu Samra family on Kashko Street in the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City. The occupation forces also bombed a gathering of civilians on Al-Madhoun Street in the neighborhood, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries.
The occupation forces also bombed the home of the Al-Dahdar family in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, and the gate of Salah Al-Din School in the Al-Daraj neighborhood, east of Gaza City, resulting in a number of martyrs, wounded, and missing persons trapped under the rubble.
Medical staff at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, confirmed that at least 50 Palestinians were killed and dozens more wounded, including many women and children, in Israeli bombardments targeting multiple areas.
The hospital also reported that seven Palestinians were killed and dozens injured when Israeli occupation forces struck civilians waiting for aid east of the city. Several of the wounded are in critical condition, as ongoing strikes on aid distribution areas continue to escalate the humanitarian crisis.
Additionally, the facility confirmed one fatality and one injury following an Israeli strike on a home in the Jouret al-Aqqad area, north of Khan Younis. In Al-Mawasi, west of the city, five Palestinians were killed and several others wounded when Israeli forces bombed a tent sheltering displaced families.
The Israeli army also has leveled a residential block in Khan Younis refugee camp after heavily bombarding it.
In Gaza City, officials at the Baptist Hospital confirmed that ten Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a home for the Abu Samra family on Kashko Street in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of the city.
The Israeli army also killed and injured many Palestinians on the Al-Madhoun Street in the same neighborhood.
Furthermore, the army fired a missile at a home for the Dahhar family in Gaza city’s Tuffah neighborhood, and the main gate of Salahuddin School, east of Gaza city, killing and wounding many Palestinians, while others remain under rubble.
The Palestinian Civil Defense stated that more than 25 Palestinians remain under the rubble of a bombarded home in Gaza City’s Tuffah neighborhood, and added that rescue teams remain unable to enter the bombarded areas due to the intensity of the Israeli attacks and the extensive destruction.
Civil Defense spokesperson Major Mahmoud Basal described the attacks as among the deadliest in recent weeks. “Since the early hours of dawn, Gaza has experienced a bloody and difficult day,” he said, noting that Israeli forces directly struck over 25 homes and five locations where civilians had gathered.
Basal added that the airstrikes claimed the lives of at least 70 Palestinians, including 11 individuals awaiting humanitarian aid, 12 children, and 14 women. Over 200 others were wounded, many with life-threatening injuries.
On the humanitarian front, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) described the situation in Gaza as “a massacre,” warning that starvation is being weaponized and forced displacement has become tantamount to a death sentence.
Fuel shortages have forced the dialysis department at Al-Shifa Hospital, Gaza’s largest medical facility, to suspend operations. The shutdown has endangered the lives of patients with kidney failure, leaving them without alternatives.
“This is a deadly situation for people like us with kidney failure,” said Emad Qasem, a regular dialysis patient. “Missing even one session puts our lives at risk. Right now, I’m in intense pain, and there’s nowhere else to go.”
Another patient, Basheer al-Dalu, described walking for nearly an hour to reach the hospital only to be turned away. “I’m carrying over five kilograms of excess fluid. Without dialysis, this will poison my body. I could die,” he said.
The collapse of dialysis services is one stark example of the broader humanitarian collapse, as Gaza’s health infrastructure continues to disintegrate under siege and fuel shortages.
On its X account, UNRWA said “We are seeing carnage in #Gaza. Hunger is being weaponized. Forced displacement has become a death sentence. People are desperate to survive. This crisis is man-made. It is fully preventable. This must end.”

On the diplomatic front, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he intends to address the Gaza crisis and U.S. policy on Iran during an upcoming meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House. He also expressed a desire to secure the release of American detainees in Gaza.
According to Axios, a meeting is scheduled between Trump administration adviser Josh Witkoff and Israeli Minister Ron Dermer to discuss U.S. proposals for a post-war framework in Gaza. Witkoff has reportedly held talks with Qatari and Egyptian officials to formulate an updated ceasefire initiative aimed at securing a 60-day truce with Hamas.
Sources say Witkoff conveyed that Trump plans to exert pressure in the coming days to reach a ceasefire agreement. However, his vision for “the day after” in Gaza remains vague. While U.S. negotiators are reportedly open to adjusting the proposal’s language to make it more acceptable to Hamas, they have not agreed to any precondition that would require ending the war.
In related developments, a group of United Nations human rights experts has urged the UK to withdraw its proposal to designate the direct-action protest group Palestine Action as a terrorist organization. They warned that doing so would endanger civil liberties and the right to advocate for Palestinian rights.
The UK government submitted a statutory instrument on Monday under the “Terrorism Act 2000.” If approved, individuals associated with the group could face up to 14 years in prison.
“We are alarmed by the disproportionate branding of a political protest movement as ‘terrorist’,” the experts said. “Property damage that is not intended to harm or kill should not be treated as terrorism.”
Among the signatories was Francesca Albanese, UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, who echoed concerns over the chilling effect such designation could have on free speech and peaceful protest.

Earlier Tuesday, British police arrested two Palestine Action activists in connection with protests targeting Elbit Systems, an Israeli arms manufacturer frequently named in the group’s campaigns.
On its part, Human Rights Watch has reported that “a court decision today has given the United Kingdom government a green light to continue to supply F-35 military jet components that are used by Israel in Gaza. This is a sad day for justice, accountability, and for the Palestinian people, who continue to face acts of genocide.”

Meanwhile, Israeli media have reported that the full Security Cabinet, known as the “kitchen cabinet,” will convene Saturday evening to review the latest developments regarding a potential prisoner exchange deal with Hamas, ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s upcoming trip to Washington.
Channel 12 News highlighted an apparent shift in Netanyahu’s position, indicating that he now seems, for the first time, to be placing greater emphasis on securing such an agreement.
It is worth mentioning that the Palestinian Center for the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared has expressed deep concern over the growing difficulties in documenting the number of missing persons and victims of enforced disappearance in Gaza, citing continuous Israeli attacks and the lack of resources on the ground.
The center condemned the Israeli occupation forces for obstructing civil defense teams from reaching areas where victims were last seen or reported missing.
It also noted that it had contacted the International Committee of the Red Cross, urging immediate intervention, but has yet to receive a response.

Data by the United Nations revealed that the number of missing Palestinians in the Gaza Strip in between 8,000 and 10,000, the majority of whom are children and women.
EuroMed Human Rights Monitor said that the number of missing Palestinians revealed that at least 13,000 Palestinians are missing, largely under the rubble or in mass graves. There are thousands of slain Palestinians who remain unidentified due to the decomposition and the severe mutilation of their bodies.
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli attacks have killed at least 56,531 Palestinians across Gaza, including 17,131 children, 10,191 women, 4,149 elderly people, 256 journalists, 1,411 healthcare workers, and 113 Civil Defense personnel. At least 133,642 others have been wounded, as Israel’s ongoing blockade and bombardment continue to decimate the densely populated, starved, and besieged territory.
