On Friday, Israeli soldiers and settlers continued their assault on Palestinian villages and cities across the West Bank.
In the northern West Bank, the Israeli occupation forces detained dozens of Palestinians as they tried to return to collect belongings from their homes that are threatened with destruction by the occupation in the Nur Shams and Tulkarem refugee camps in the occupied West Bank.
Residents rushed to save their property in the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps in the occupied West Bank when the invading Israeli occupation army announced plans to demolish dozens of buildings in the two refugee camps. The Israeli military says they will demolish 106 homes in the camps, and gave residents 24 hours to leave their homes forever.

Israeli occupation forces arrest Palestinian journalist Hamza Hamdan and photojournalist Fadi Yassin while they were covering the ongoing invasion of Tulkarem and its refugee camp in the northern occupied West Bank.
Also in the north, the Israeli occupation forces continued their assault on Jenin city and its camp for the 102nd consecutive day, expanding their bulldozing and destruction operations inside the camp, while continuing to prevent entry or access to it.
In the central West Bank, Israeli occupation forces stormed, on Friday evening, the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah .
Local sources reported that an Israeli occupation army force stormed Al-Mughayyir and patrolled the village streets, firing live ammunition and tear gas canisters between citizens’ homes. No injuries were reported .
In the eastern West Bank, Israeli occupation forces closed on Friday the entrances to the city of Jericho.
Eyewitnesses told Wafa news agency that the Israeli occupation forces closed the entrances to Jericho with military gates in both directions, and forced passing vehicles of citizens to wait in lines, amid a large presence of occupation soldiers, and turned back a number of vehicles at their checkpoints .
A group of settlers also blocked the road leading to the city of Jericho from the northern entrance at the end of Al-Ma’rajat Road, parking their vehicles crosswise in the middle of the road and forcing citizens’ vehicles to turn back.
In the southern West Bank, Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, on Friday .
A Wafa news correspondent reported that the occupation forces stormed Al-Khader and took up positions in the areas of Al-Bawaba, Sabri, and the main street leading to the Old City. They conducted foot patrols and fired live bullets and tear gas, but no injuries were reported.
