Army Kidnaps A Palestinian Security Officer Near Qalqilia

The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers kidnapped, on Wednesday at dawn, a Palestinian security officer, attacked and injured another resident, in Azzoun town, east of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia.

The PPS added that the soldiers invaded several neighborhoods in Azzoun, searched homes and kidnapped Ma’an Mohammad Radwan, an officer of the Palestinian Preventative Security Service.

The soldiers also invaded the home of another Preventative Security officer, identified as Aref Samir Shbeita, and searched the property before assaulting his brother, Mohammad, causing cuts and bruises.

In addition, the soldiers kidnapped at least five Palestinians, after invading their homes and violently searching them, in the al-Eesawiyya and Silwan towns, in occupied East Jerusalem.
