A member of the National Security Forces personnel was shot dead and another injured, during clashes with outlaws in Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank, said security sources.
Adnan Damiri, official spokesperson for the Palestinian security forces, told WAFA that, as security forces surrounded one of the gunmen, identified as Ahmad Abu Hamada, and asked him to surrender, he refused and started shooting at security forces, severely wounding Hasan Ali al-Hajj, an NSF personnel who later succumbed to his wounds.
