A Palestinian medical source in Rafah reported on Wednesday at night, that a child was seriously injured by Israeli military.
The source stated that Nada abu Siam, 4 years old, was hit by a live round in her head while she was at home, after the army fired rounds of live ammunition at dozens of homes in Rafah.
Nada is currently in a critical condition at Yousef al-Najjar hospital in Gaza.
