Israeli soldiers injured, on Wednesday evening, seven Palestinians at the main entrance of Beita town, south of Nablus, in northern West Bank.
The head of Beita Village Council, Fuad Ma’ali, has reported that the soldiers invaded the area and attacked dozens of Palestinian protesters with rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.
He added that seven Palestinians suffered the effects of teargas inhalation and received the needed treatment.
It is worth mentioning that, several days ago, the soldiers placed concrete blocks on the side of the town’s main road, a move which is usually followed by completely sealing the road later.
