Israeli soldiers arrested a resident near a roadblock in Nablus area, north of the West Bank.
Israeli soldiers claimed that the resident is a member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and that he was carrying 12 shotgun bullets.
The resident was transferred for interrogation.
