The Salem Israeli military court, refused on Friday to release detainee Moath Nassar, 23, from Tulkarem, after spending three years in administrative detention, and transferred him for interrogation.
The Maan News Agency reported that that Moath, as well as the rest of the detainees, is facing harsh living conditions, especially amidst the cold weather and the bad detention facilities which lack the fundamental needs which the detainees need, especially in winter.
Moath was not charged since his arrest, and was immediately transferred to administrative detention following his arrest. He is currently in Megiddo detention facility.
It is worth mentioning that Moath is the brother of Saleh Nassar, the former leader of the Al Aqsa brigades (the military wing of Fateh movement) in Tulkarem. Saleh was assassinated by the Israel army.
