Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers arrested one resident in Kafer Jamal village, near the West Bank city of Tulkarem.
The Palestinian WAFA news Agency reported that Jihad Hatem Abdul-Rahim, 19, was arrested after heading to Kafer Qaddoum settlement to apply for a magnetic card which is needed to obtain an entry permit into Israel.
