Medical sources report that 4 year old Ismail Abu Showyder is suffering serious wounds after Israeli shrapnel littered his small face and covered half his body. Israeli soldiers are intensively shelling the northern Gaza Strip from sniper posts in Al Awdeh and from Israeli tanks parked in the northern Gaza Strip.
Eyewitnesses report that Israeli tanks fired more that 10 tank shells into Palestinian civilian areas early Wednesday morning.
