Israeli soldiers shot, Tuesday, thirteen Palestinians with live fire during protests that took place in Nabi Saleh village, northwest of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.
The soldiers invaded the village and attacked dozens of protesters with live fire, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.
Medical sources have confirmed thirteen injuries with live fire, in addition to many who suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
The army also closed the village after surrounding it, and prevented the Palestinians, including ambulances and reporters, from entering it.
In related news, the soldiers killed one Palestinian, identified as Mohammad Ishaq Hmeid, 25, and injured at least 64, during protests in Ramallah, in central West Bank, and opened fire at reporters and medics. The Israeli army also reported that two soldiers were injured.
After the death of the Palestinian, several armed resistance fighters exchanged fire with the soldiers near the northern entrance of al-Biereh. An Israeli military spokesperson said two soldiers were injured.
In addition, the soldiers shot one Palestinian with live fire in the leg in Beit Sira village, west of Ramallah.
