Israeli soldiers injured, on Saturday at dawn, many Palestinians in the town of Ya’bad, southwest of the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
Media sources said several army jeeps invaded the town before the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes, causing damage.
They added that the invasion led to protests before the soldiers fired a barrage of gas bombs and concussion grenades at the protesters and many homes, causing several Palestinians to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
The invasion and searches of homes mainly took place in the neighborhoods in Abu Shamla and al-Ba’jawi.
