Israeli forces opened fire, on Monday, at Palestinian farmers and fishermen in the southern besieged Gaza Strip, the Palestinian News & Information Agency (WAFA) reported.
WAFA correspondent stated that the occupation army opened heavy live fire at Palestinian farmlands east of Khan Younis in the Al-Sanati area of Abasan al-Kabira town. No injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, soldiers stationed at a military site located across the border with Israel, northeast of Khan Younis, opened live fire towards agricultural lands east of Qarara town, causing alarm among Palestinian farmers.
Furthermore, Israeli Navy ships opened fire towards Palestinian fishermen sailing off the coast of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, forcing the fishermen to abandon their daily work fishing to provide for their families.
No injuries were reported at the time of this report.
