Israeli forces abducted, on Sunday, at least thirteen Palestinian citizens in the central and southern parts of the occupied West Bank.
Occupation forces abducted three young men in the Al-Am’ari refugee camp, south of Al-Biereh in the central West Bank governorate of Ramallah and Al-Bierheh.
Media sources said that soldiers abducted Asem Mohammed Al-Bureiji, Yousef Al-Ashqar, and Moamen Al-Tawkhi, after storming and ransacking their homes in the Al-Am’ari camp.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces abducted two Palestinian young men, in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
Media sources said that Israeli soldiers invaded and searched the homes of the young men, Raed Jihad Abu Sal and Mohammad Farhoud, after storming and searching their homes in Anata town.
Furthermore, in the southern West Bank governorate of Hebron, occupation forces abducted eight Palestinians after breaking into their homes.
Media sources said that Israeli soldiers abducted eight citizens in the the city of Hebron, the town of Sa’ir, northeast of the city, and Yatta town to the south.
Sources identified the abductees as Osama Zaid al-Junaidi, Ahmad Khaled al-Junaidi, Ashraf al-Junaidi, Amir Fanoun, Khalil Musa al-Faroukh, Majed Mohammad Jaradat, Yazid Ziad Jabarin, and Yahya Issa al-Amour, after storming and searching their homes.
The Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) reported that occupation forces have abducted at least 11,000 Palestinians in the West Bank since the beginning of the Israeli military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
In addition, Israeli forces have abducted dozens of Palestinian workers and thousands from the Gaza, the identities of whom have not been released.
