Several Palestinians suffered from the effects of teargas inhalation on Saturday evening after Israeli soldiers fired sound bombs and gas bombs at them in Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Local sources reported that Israeli forces fired sound bombs and tear gas at Palestinians stuck in their vehicles at a military roadblock located at the western entrance of Hebron in the “Farsh Al-Hawa” area, causing several cases of gas inhalation. Palestinian medics rushed to the area and treated the wounded at the scene.

Additionally, Israeli forces set up military roadblocks at the northern entrances of Hebron and the entrances to the towns of Sa’ir, Yatta, Doura, and Halhoul, as well as the entrances to the al-Fawwar and al-Aroub refugee camps.

The soldiers stopped and searched Palestinian vehicles, inspecting the personal ID cards of many residents while interrogating them, resulting in significant delays.
