Palestinian sources reported that an Israeli army spy plane fired a missile at a group of Palestinian civilians, on Wednesday morning, in the town of Jabaliya located in the eastern part of the Gaza Strip and injured two of them.
Witnesses told the media that a group of civilians were gathered near a local mosque in Jabaliya when an unmanned airplane fired a missile at them.
Medical sources said that two men sustained light wounds and were moved to the nearby Kamal Adwan hospital.
Meanwhile another unmanned airplane fired several missiles at a group of civilians gathered in a street located in the southern side of Gaza city, medical sources reported no injures.
On Tuesday the Israeli army conducted several air strikes and a ground invasion targeting several Gaza Strip areas, those attacks left nine Palestinians dead. Seven Palestinian police officers were killed when Israeli jet fighters attacked a police station located in the city of Khan Younis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip on Tuesday evening.
Two Palestinian resistance fighters from the Qassam Brigades the armed wing of the Hamas movement were killed during clashes with the Israeli army that invaded the Rafah city also located in the southern part of the coastal region on Tuesday.
