The Israeli army has issued orders to demolish at least 12 Palestinian homes located in the district of Bethlehem in the southern part of the West Bank on Wednesday.
Local sources said that the army have handed over orders to the house owners that their homes is built without permits, seven of those homes are located in the village of Al Khader near Bethlehem city.
The demolishing orders also included a water tank that belongs to Al Khader municipality.
The army gave the owners until the 20th of June 2008 to apple the military orders, the sources added.
Bethlehem district was handed over by Israel to the Palestinian Authority control in 1995 after the Oslo peace process.
