Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of invasions across the occupied West Bank earlier on Sunday, abducting several Palestinian civilians and converting residential areas into military outposts.

In the northern West Bank city of Nablus, Israeli troops invaded al-‘Ein refugee camp west of the city, broke into several homes, and abducted two residents: Eyad Mseme and Mohammad Mabrouka.

In Jenin, also in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted Akef Shahada after invading his home in the town of ‘Ajja, south of the city.

Troops also stormed Burqin, west of Jenin, and broke into a home there. In the Harsh al-Sa‘ada area of Jenin city, soldiers fired stun grenades during a separate incursion.

Meanwhile, the entrances to the town of Ya‘bad, south of Jenin, remain sealed for a third consecutive day following Friday’s invasion.

Israeli forces have turned several homes near the town’s main entrance into fortified military positions and monitoring towers.

In the southern West Bank city of Hebron, Israeli troops abducted three civilians in the town of Dura: Ayman Abdel Qader Rajoub, his son Diya, and Hussein Mohammad Hussein Abu Hawash. Their homes were invaded and ransacked during the operation.

Israeli forces also stormed several auto parts shops in Dura, vandalizing their contents, and erected multiple military roadblocks across Hebron’s towns, villages, and refugee camps. Several main and secondary roads were sealed off with iron gates, concrete blocks, and earth mounds.

Elsewhere, Israeli troops invaded Beit Ummar north of Hebron, broke into several homes, and set up additional military roadblocks.

In addition, the soldiers invaded Kafr ‘Aqab and the area surrounding Qalandia refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem, and fired stun grenades and tear gas toward residents.

Several military vehicles then invaded Qalandia before closing streets and initialing searches in the area.
