A group of illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers released their livestock on Palestinian lands and around homes in the Huwwara area of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.
Residents said the colonizers invaded the farmlands and released their livestock to graze near Palestinian dwellings in an effort to damage crops, intimidate families, and pressure them to leave the area.
They added that the colonizers prevented the Palestinians from entering their lands in the area, while Israeli soldiers failed to intervene.
Communities across Masafer Yatta continue to face repeated attacks by colonizers, including land seizures, home demolitions, and attempts to force residents from their land.
Human rights groups have warned that these actions form part of a broader campaign to depopulate the area in favor of expanding illegal Israeli colonies.
Israeli colonizer attacks have intensified across various parts of the occupied West Bank in recent weeks, with residents reporting daily incursions and harassment by armed colonizers operating under military protection and accompaniment.
