Israeli forces killed a Palestinian young man early Monday morning, while he was near the Apartheid Wall in the town of Bir Nabala, northwest of occupied Jerusalem.
Media sources reported that the young man Nasr Za’al Eid Ka’abneh, 20, was killed after occupation forces shot him with live ammunition in the vicinity of the Apartheid Wall in Bir Nabala town.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported the young man’s body from the scene of the shooting to the hospital.
Since the beginning of the year, Israeli soldiers and illegal colonizers have killed 76 Palestinians, including 21 children and 5 women in the occupied West Bank.
Among those, 19 were killed in Hebron, 17 in Ramallah, 12 in Nablus, 9 in Jerusalem, 5 in Tubas, 5 in Jenin, 3 in Bethlehem, 2 in Jericho and the Jordan Valley, 2 in Qalqilia, 1 in Salfit and 1 in Tulkarem, according to the Shireen Observatory.
In a statement, Israeli police announced that its forces have abducted 732 Palestinians since the beginning of the year, under the pretext of “living or working without permits,” and imposed administrative orders to close 94 businesses whose owners are accused of employing them.
Israeli police announced their intention to “continue to pursue the operators and transporters of Palestinian workers and all those who provide them with places to stay,” under the pretext of “maintaining public security and enforcing the law.”
