An Israeli military source claimed that the Lebanon based Hezbollah party is financing cells of al-Aqsa brigades, the military wing of Fateh, in the Palestinian territories. 

Israel charged t that he Israeli Security, Shin Bet, managed to uncover a Fateh cells over the last few days; and claimed that the cells planned to carry out attacks against military targets and checkpoints, north of the West Bank.

Also, Israel claims that the cells planned to carry out bombings in Israel.

According to Israeli security sources, the army arrested eight residents from Askar and Balata refugee camps, near the West Bank city of Nablus.

The military claims that four of the arrested residents are children between 15 and 16 years old, and that the army used special techniques in arresting them without providing any further details.

The Shin Bet claims that a resident identified as Mahmoud al-Naqeeb, who is still wanted by the Israeli security, is behind recruiting the armed cells.

“The eight detainees admitted that Hezbollah party is providing financial and logistic support for the cells”, Israeli security source said.

Israel blamed the Palestinian Authority, and the Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, claiming that he is conducting any efforts in order to stop the attacks against Israel, and that there are several Palestinian groups, which are still planning attacks and not committed to the truce, according to the source.
