Israeli soldiers arrested on Thursday afternoon, Rami Qasem al-Qawasmi, 19, in abu Kteela neighborhood, west of Hebron.
Ala’ al-Qawasmi, the brother of Rami, said that soldiers surrounded their home, and several surrounding homes, forced the families out, and arrested him.
Rami was handcuffed, blindfolded and taken to an unknown destination.
