Israeli soldiers arrested on Friday evening, Laith Afeef Al Ateely, 32, from Atteel village, north of the west Bank city of Tulkarem.
Al Atteely, the Imam of Al Safareeny in Tulkarem, was arrested at a military checkpoint installed at the entrance of the village.
