The Al Quds brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad in Palestine, reported that one of its military wings fired, on Sunday morning, a homemade shell at the Israeli city of Ashkelon.
The Brigades said in a press release that the firing of the shell comes in retaliation to the Israeli operations and arrests in the West Bank.
