Palestinian security sources reported Friday that Israeli forces took
seven Palestinians from the northern West Bank Jenin District to
unknown locations during pre-dawn raids.

Jenin City and its refugee camp were not left out, with large contingents of Israeli forces invading both as residents were sleeping.

The Israeli military says it was looking for people on its “wanted” list.

Israeli forces arrested seven men in total, including five young people, after raiding and searching several homes. Among them are a member of the police forces, 30 year old Firas Hatem Amarneh and his 25 year old brother Muhannad who is a soldier in the National Security forces, and three 20 year olds.

Israeli soldiers deliberately destroyed contents of several homes during the raid, including those belonging to Farouk Abu Bakar and his brother Munir Abu Baker. They were both arrested under the pretext that Munir Abu Baker’s son is “wanted.”
