The Al Aqsa Brigades, the armed wing of Fateh movement, paraded on
Tuesday in the northern West Bank City of Nablus, and presented new
homemade shells they called Jund-Allah “the soldiers of God”. The group
said that these shells will be fired at Israel in case of military
escalation.
 

The group said it has the missiles, but so far there is no decision to launch them at Israel. This is the first time an armed group openly announces its owns homemade shells in the occupied West Bank.

The group was parading in a neighborhood in the Old City of Nablus. The shell can hit a target 5 kilometers away, and includes a 3 kg explosive head. 

During the march, one of the fighters read a statement announcing that the group is willing to take part in the ceasefire declared by the Palestinian factions, but Israel should in return stop its military escalation, invasions and assassination.

The brigades also demanded Israel to lift the closure it imposes on the Palestinians.

Also, the brigades added that the primary condition of truce with Israel is the release of all detainees.

On the political level, the group appealed the Palestinian factions to speed up the internal talks, and form the national unity government.
