The most recent clashes took place on Friday evening after two Palestinians died of earlier wounds; the renewed clashes claimed that lives of two members of Hamas’ Executive Force in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Dr. Muawiya Hassanen, head of the Emergency Unit at the Palestinian Ministry of Health said that the two were killed on Friday afternoon during clashes that took place in Tal Al Hawa area, in Gaza City. At least ten residents suffered serious injuries.

The two were identified as Ayman Al Najjar, 24, member of the Hamas executive force, and Hatim Shihab.

Although Fateh and Hamas movement arrived to an agreement during a meeting they held at the Egyptian embassy in Gaza, the fierce clashes are still going on between gunmen of Fateh and Hamas.

Abdul-Hakim Awad, Fateh spokesperson, said that eight members were injured after the meeting as they were driving back at the Omar Almokhtar Street.

\\\’While we were driving back at the Omar Almokhtar street, we came across fire”, Awad said, “Eight of the people escorting us were wounded, three of them were my bodyguards\\\’.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Ministry of Health appealed the residents to donate blood due to the sharp shortage of blood as a result of the high number of casualties.

Most of the clashes that are currently taking place are centered near the Palestinian Preventive Security headquarters, and the military intelligence headquarters in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

Members of the Executive Force broke into a training post for the Presidential Guards and exchanged fire with them; at least fifty were injured.

The two Palestinian rival parties, Hamas and Fatah, continued their clashes in the Gaza strip on Friday afternoon, so far 21 Palestinians have been killed and at least 170 injured during the clashes.

Medical sources in the Gaza strip reported some of the names of those killed:

1- Mohamed Al Dahduh, 17,
2- Mahmod AL Wahidi, 21,
3- Muhamed Baker, 17
4- Waled Habush 7

All three were killed on Friday afternoon while

5- Rana Diab 38: she was killed in her house in Beit Lahiya town north of the Gaza strip

Dr. Muawiah Hassanin, the director of the emergency department in the Palestinian ministry of health in the Gaza strip also reported some of the names of Palestinians who were killed due to the Hamas- Fatah clashes in the Gaza strip:

Members of the executive force, belonging to the interior ministry, clashed Thursday with the Palestinian presidential security force in central Gaza Strip.

Palestinian presidency spokesman, Wael Dahab, said that the Hamas force blocked a convoy of trucks bound for the presidential force while driving by the Salaheldin road, and said that the trucks were containing logistic support not weapons.

Egypt also denied claims by Hamas that the trucks contained any weapons. A Hamas spokesman said that yesterday night the presidential guards force stormed into the Islamic University of Gaza and that parts of the university were set on fire.

leaders of the two exchanged accusations, while on the streets activists from both Hamas and Fatah are still fighting.

On Friday afternoon thousands of Palestinians took to the streets in the West Bank city of Ramallah urging both Hamas and Fatah to stop fighting and go back to the negotiation table.
