Palestinian medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported, Tuesday, that a 30-day old infant died due to sharp shortages in medical supplies and medical equipment in Gaza Strip hospitals, induced by the siege imposed by Israel.The infant was identified as Mo’taz Hani Abu Nada, 30 days old. He was born with a heart defect and needed urgent surgery.
The infant’s death raises the number of patients, including dozens of infants and children, who have died due to the Israeli siege to 377.
The Ministry of Health In Gaza demanded the International Community to intervene and to pressure Israel into ending its illegal siege on Gaza and to allow the patients to receive necessary medical treatment abroad.
