Palestinian Cab Driver Shot In Jerusalem

Israeli sources reported, Sunday morning, that a Palestinian Taxi driver was shot by Israeli soldiers near a military base in Jabal Al-Mokabbir area in occupied East Jerusalem.The sources claimed that the cabbie drove through a military roadblock, and rammed a soldier with his car.

The Israeli TV reported that “the soldiers defended themselves”, and added that the soldier who opened fire testified that he “tried to stop the taxi but the driver rammed him, causing fractures to his legs.

The TV added that the soldier opened fire at the Palestinian Taxi driver wounding him in his legs; the soldier and the wounded Palestinian were moved to a hospital in Jerusalem.
