On Sunday evening [June 15, 2014] Dozens of Israeli military vehicles invaded the central West Bank city of Ramallah, the nearby towns of al-Biereh and Betunia, and clashed with dozens of Palestinian youth.Local sources in Ramallah said the soldiers invaded several areas in the city, leading to clashes with local youth.

Soldiers also invaded Betunia nearby town, and fired dozens of gas bombs at local youth who hurled stones and empty bottles at them, causing several residents to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Clashes have also been reported in al-Biereh town, especially in the al-Jinan area, after dozens of soldiers invaded it, and clashed with dozens of local youth, who hurled stones and empty bottles at them.

Eyewitnesses said the soldiers broke into several homes, and violently searched them, causing excessive property damage.

In addition, several military vehicles invaded Um ash-Sharayet area, and al-Masyoun, in al-Biereh, leading to clashes with the residents; no injuries were reported.
