Medical sources have reported that two Palestinian children have been injured, on Saturday morning, during clashes that took place in Burin village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, after several Israeli military vehicles invaded it.Eyewitnesses said a number of extremist Israeli settlers attacked local youths and children, while playing in the snow in the eastern area of the village, close to an illegal Israeli colony.

The settlers attacked the children before the soldiers invaded the area, and fired rounds of live ammunition and gas bombs at the Palestinians to force them away.

Medical sources said the two children suffered moderate injuries after being shot by live rounds, and were moved to a local hospital.
