Israeli soldiers invaded, on Sunday at night, Teqoua’ town, south of the West Bank city of Bethlehem, and injured seven Palestinians during clashes with local youths.The Local Council in Teqoua’ said the soldiers shot two Palestinians, 17 and 20 years of age, with live rounds in their legs, and five others with rubber-coated steel bullets, near the eastern entrance of the town.

The two Palestinians were moved to Beit Jala governmental hospital, while Red Crescent medics provided the needed treatment to the other wounded Palestinians without the need for hospitalization.

The soldiers also fired many gas bombs, causing several Palestinians to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
