Israeli forces shot, on Thursday, a Palestinian young man, ran over a child, and abducted another child in the city of Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the city of Qalqilia, on Thursday evening, sparking protests.

Sources added that soldiers fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at citizens, shooting a young man with live ammunition.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported a 9-year-old after Israeli forces ran over by an armored military vehicle.

In the city center, Israeli forces abducted the child, Mohammad Hassan Salmi, and took him to an unknown location.

Meanwhile, in the afternoon, the army invaded the village of Falamya, northeast of Qalqilia, and positioned soldiers in the center of the village.

Furthermore, Israeli soldiers stormed the village of Kafr Jamal, south of Tulkarem, on Thursday morning.

According to Mohammad Abdul Latif, the head of the village council, said that a large army force invaded the village, deployed infantry units in several neighborhoods, randomly firing live rounds.

Latif added that soldiers stormed and searched several citizens’ homes, interrogated their owners; no abductions or injuries were reported.
