Media sources in Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, have reported that clashes took place between dozens of soldiers and local youths, after the army invaded the city, and stormed dorms for female students.
The sources stated that the soldiers invaded the al-Khalili building, used as dorms for female college students, and searched it while interrogated many students.
The attack led to clashes between the soldiers and dozens of local youths, who hurled stones and empty bottles on the invading forces, while the army fired rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.
In addition, the Bethlehem office of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, earlier Monday, a Palestinian child in Husan town, west of Bethlehem, and summoned two others from Doha town, west of Bethlehem, for interrogation.
In Hebron, in the southern part of the West bank, the soldiers abducted six Palestinians in different parts of the district, and closed the main road leading to Beit ‘Anoun town.
