Illegal Israeli colonizers assaulted, on Friday, several Palestinians in the Salfit and Ramallah governorates, in the central part of the occupied West Bank, while occupation soldiers detained others.

WAFA correspondent reported that settlers, under army protection, assaulted a group of Palestinian young men in the village of Farkha, southwest of Salfit, while soldiers detained the young men for several hours before releasing them.


The same source reported that another group of illegal colonizers attacked and injured three Palestinian young men in the Khallet Hassan area, north of Bidya town, northwest of Salfit.

According to eyewitness accounts, the colonizers assaulted three young men, including Ahmad Sarsour who was later transported to the Salfit Governmental Hospital for medical treatment.

The brothers, Saqr and Abdul Rahim Al-Aqraa, who were also assaulted by the colonizers, were detained by occupation forces and taken to the “Yakir” settlement camp.

Meanwhile, illegal settlers assaulted another group of Palestinian young man on Friday evening, in the town of Deir Jarir, northeast of Ramallah.

According to Raed Hamed, the Mayor of the nearby town of Silwad, many illegal colonizers attacked a group of young men using clubs and rocks, injuring one young man with various wounds; he was transported to the hospital in Ramallah for treatment.
