On Friday, Day 294 of the ongoing Israeli genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people in the destroyed and devastated Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells killed and injured dozens of civilians, including many children and women.

Medical sources said at least two Palestinians were killed and many were injured, including children and women, when the army fired shells near the Al-Amal Hotel, west of Gaza City.

The sources added that Israeli drones fired missiles at Palestinians in Abu Hasira Street, west of Gaza City, killing one Palestinian and wounding three.

The army also fired many artillery shells at the western areas of Gaza City, while medics have been unable to reach the bombarded areas.

Furthermore, medics located the corpses of two Palestinians and rescued seven wounded residents from the rubble of the bombarded home of the Al-Banna family in the Daraj neighborhood, before taking them to the Al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital in Gaza City.

The army also fired a missile at a home for the Yassin family in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, and fired barrages of artillery shells at the neighborhoods of Tal Al-Hawa, and Zeitoun.

At least one Palestinian was injured when the army fired a shell near the Al-Iman Mosque in the Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City.

Five Palestinians were killed and many were injured, including children and women, when the army fired missiles and shells at the Sahaba neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Furthermore, the soldiers fired many live rounds and shells near the Shuhada Junction in Gaza City, while Israeli navy ships fired shells at the Shati’ refugee camp, west of the city.

In Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired barrages of missiles at the Wadi Saber area in Abasan Al-Kabira, east of the city, killing and wounding many Palestinians.

In addition, the army wired and detonated an entire residential block near the Sheikh Nasser area, east of Khan Younis.

Medics and rescue teams also found the corpses of six Palestinians after the army fired a missile at Salahuddin Street, east of Khan Younis.

Furthermore, at least two Palestinians were killed and many were injured when the army fired a missile at a home for the Abu Doqqa family in Abasan Al-Kabira town, east of the city.

It is worth mentioning that the Israeli soldiers also wired and detonated many homes and buildings in the Al-Mughraqa area and the eastern parts of Khan Younis.

The army also carried out many air strikes at Bani Soheila town, east of Khan Younis, and at the Al-Farabi Schools, where families sheltered in Bani Soheila, killing at least three Palestinians and wounding many others.

The Palestinians found the corpses of many Palestinians under the rubble of bombarded homes in Bani Soheila, while at least one woman was killed and many Palestinians were injured in an Israeli bombard of the same area.

Also, the soldiers fired missiles, shells, and barrages of live fire at areas around the Al-Awda Schools, east of Khan Younis.

Casualties were also reported when the army fired missiles and shells at several areas, east of the Al-Boreij refugee camp, and a home in Bloc 12 in the refugee camp, in central Gaza.

In addition, the soldiers fired missiles at one of the Ein Jalut residential towers, south of the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza.

In Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part, the army killed a child and a man and injured many Palestinians, including children and women, north of the city, while an Israeli drone fired a missile at the western part of Rafah, killing at least one Palestinians and wounding many.

According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), as of July 24, 2024, the number of officially unidentified slain Palestinians is 24.686, including 4.959 women, 7.797 children and 1.924 elderly, in addition to more than 10.000 missing Palestinians.

Israel has now killed at least 39.175 Palestinians and injured more than 90.403, largely children women, and elderly, in addition to the thousands of Palestinians who remain missing, largely under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings, and on destroyed streets and alleys across the coastal enclave since October 7, 2023.
