Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of invasions across the occupied West Bank at dawn on Friday, targeting multiple cities, towns, and neighborhoods, breaking into homes, and abducting several Palestinians during widespread military operations.
In occupied Jerusalem, an Israeli special forces unit invaded the Old City at dawn, followed by the arrival of additional military vehicles from the at‑Tur military roadblock.
The soldiers broke into a home, searched it extensively, and abducted Taysir Mashal. Israeli forces also invaded several neighborhoods in the city, including the Koroum Ashour area, where they broke into homes, caused damage to their contents, and abducted two brothers, Ashraf and Abdul‑Rahim Fakhouri.
In Nablus in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the Sikka Street area west of the city, breaking into homes and abducting former political prisoner Hashem Mona along with his sister.
The army also invaded the town of Asira ash‑Shamaliya in Nablus, where soldiers searched several homes.
Local sources reported that illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers attacked Palestinian homes in the ath-Thaher area, prompting confrontations as residents attempted to repel the assault.
Israeli forces later fired gas canisters and illumination rounds toward homes in the village of Jalud, southeast of Nablus, after invading the area. The attack followed a similar assault by colonizers on Palestinian homes in Jalud the previous day.
In Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the village of Kafr Jammal west of the city and broke into at least one home during their operation.
In Ramallah in the central West Bank, Israeli occupation forces invaded the village of al‑Mughayyer northeast of the city at dawn and abducted five young men after breaking into numerous homes, searching them, and causing extensive damage.
The abducted Palestinians were identified as Ehab an‑Na’san, Adeeb an‑Na’san, Eyad an‑Na’san, Emad Abu Alia, and Mohammad Abu Alia.
In Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Surif northwest of the city and carried out searches in several areas.
Meanwhile, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers invaded Khirbet al‑Tuba in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, conducting provocative patrols between Palestinian homes.
These coordinated invasions, home break‑ins, and settler attacks reflect the ongoing escalation of Israeli military operations and colonial violence across the occupied West Bank, affecting multiple districts from Hebron in the south to Jenin and Nablus in the north, and extending through Ramallah, Salfit, Tulkarem, and occupied Jerusalem.
