Extremist Israeli settlers have erected, on Monday at dawn, a “caravan” in Battir village territories, western Bethlehem District, in the occupied West Bank.

Local sources have reported, according to Al Ray, that a group of illegal settlers, under the protection of Israeli forces, have stormed the Khemar area, to the northeast of Battir, as a prelude to a new settlement outpost.

The Israeli military has deprived Palestinians citizens and landowners of reaching the area, as settlers have built a road, some days ago.
