Israeli forces abducted at least twenty-nine Palestinians, including two women, and injured many, in various areas of the occupied West Bank.

Jenin

On Monday night Israeli forces invaded the town of Ya’bad, west of Jenin in the northern West Bank, triggering protests.

Soldiers opened fire with tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at those who resisted the incursion without causing any injuries.

Many homes and commercial shops in the town, and confiscated surveillance camera recordings.

In the nearby village of Al-Araqa west of Jenin, occupation forces erected a military roadblock, stopping and searching citizens’ vehicles.

Tulkarem

On Monday at dawn, a large military force stormed the town of Qaffin, north of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the West Bank, and broke into several homes.

The army broke down the doors of many homes, searched them, and subjected their residents to interrogation, and abducted Khaled Amarneh (Al-Breishi), Dhia Amarneh, and Ahmed Amarneh.

In the evening, the army abducted Wadih Raed Tohme, Muhammad Raed Tohme, and Mahdi Naseem Tohme near the village al-Jarushiya, northeast of Tulkarem near the Apartheid wall.

Nablus

Occupation forces invaded and searched many homes in the village of Beit Iba, northwest of Nablus in the northern West Bank, and abducted Saeed Ghassan Atili and Khalil Abdul Rahman Samata.

Ramallah

On Monday morning, the army invaded and searched the home of Osama Sami Qassem Arar before abducting him in the village of Qarawat Bani Zeid, northwest of Ramallah in the central West Bank.

Soldiers abducted Mahmoud Al-Zaq in Al-Biereh city east of Ramallah, while in the evening soldiers invaded the city, sparking protests among local Palestinian youths.

In response, the army fired live ammunition, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, without causing injuries.

Occupied Jerusalem

In occupied Jerusalem, the army invaded and searched the home of Youssef Hani Al-Salti abducted him in the Wadi Al-Jouz neighborhood, and transferred him to the Al-Maskobiyya detention center.

Meanwhile, northwest of the city, soldiers abducted thirteen Palestinians including a woman in the town of Qatanna.

Soldiers abducted the lawyer, Abdullah Hoshiyeh, Mustafa Tabanja, Imad Shamasneh, Mahmoud Shamasneh, Iyad Mohsen, Laith Al-Faqih, Muhammad Osama Dawoud Hassan, Youssef Hassan Al-Faqih, Jamal Joudah Hawsheba, Abdullah Hoshiyeh, Jihad Jabr Shamasneh, and Yaqoub Al-Faqih.

Meanwhile the army abducted the mother of a wanted young man, Umm Assef Shamasneh, in an attempt to pressure her son to turn himself in.

The mother of the slain young man, Ahmed Alyan (Owaisat) , was abducted by the army after they invaded the family home in Jabal Al-Mokabber, in occupied east Jerusalem.

On Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers shot and killed Ahmed Adib Khalil Alyan (Owaisat), 23, after he allegedly stabbed two Israelis at the “Mazmuriyeh” military roadblock, south of occupied Jerusalem.

Furthermore, in At-Tur town, east of occupied Jerusalem soldiers abducted Mahmoud Abu Al-Hawa.

Bethlehem

Israeli soldiers abducted Yousef Elias Sarhanna, 27, from the Dheishe refugee camp, south of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank.

Southwest of the city, the army invaded and searched the home of Muhammad Raafat Hamamra, 26, before abducting him from his home in the town of Husan.

In the evening, the army took over a Palestinian-owned home and occupied its rooftop, using it for an observation point in Al-Khader town, southwest of Bethlehem.

They also opened fire with concussion grenades and tear gas canisters at Palestinian citizens that resisted the attack.

Hebron

In Dura town, southwest of Hebron in the southern West Bank, the army invaded and searched the home of Mahmoud Iyad Mahmoud Al-Amayra before abducting him.

Occupation forces stormed the city of Hebron, broke into several homes and a printing press, confiscated a vehicle, and a total of 70,000 shekels from citizens’ homes.

Northwest of the city, soldiers abducted Suleiman Abdel-Hay Jaafra from his land in the town of Tarqumiyah.

According to Muhammad Awad, a local media activist, the army stormed and ransacked many homes, causing damage, and sparking protests.

He added that soldiers fired live rounds, and tear gas canisters, causing several citizens to sustain inhalation injuries.
