Israeli occupation forces invaded the northern West Bank city of Nablus and the town of Tal, abducted twelve Palestinians, and injured a young man in the back during protests.

On Monday, Israeli forces stormed Nablus city in the northern occupied West Bank, broke into and ransacked many homes, in addition to besieging a home.

During the incursion, the army abducted the two brothers, Kifah and Yazan Zagha, in addition to Adnan Emad Tbeila.


South of the city, soldiers stormed Qabalan town, invaded and ransacked several homes, and detained many citizens, interrogating them.

Soldiers abducted Mahmoud Al-Haj Ahmad Az’ar, the brothers, Salah and Ahmad Az’ar, in addition to Khattab Ahmad Hussein Az’ar, Muhammad Qassem Az’ar, Abada Mahmoud Az’ar, Omar Mahmoud Qassem Az’ar, Jihad Saleh Al-Ella, Bilal Sharif Al-Ella, and Saleh Ahmed Az’ar.

Southwest of Nablus, Israeli forces stormed the village of Tal, sparking protests, while the army fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, injuring a young man in the back with shrapnel from a live round.

According to the Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS), Israeli forces have abducted 5,730 Palestinians since the beginning of the aggression against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.

The groups said that the abductees were abducted from their homes, through military roadblocks, were forced to turn themselves in under pressure, in addition to those who were held hostage.

The report added that soldiers have abducted at least 230 Palestinians since January 1, 2024.

Also on Monday, Israeli forces abducted twelve citizens, including two children, from several areas in the Bethlehem Governorate, in the southern occupied West Bank.
