The Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression on the city of Tulkarem for the twelfth consecutive day, amid military reinforcements and the seizure of homes, turning them into military barracks after forcing their residents to leave.
Media sources reported that the occupation forces have pushed more military reinforcements, including infantry and armored units, toward the city of Tulkarem and its refugee camp.
The army continues to impose a siege on the Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital and have taken over the adjacent Adawiya commercial complex, turning it into a military post and monitoring tower.
Additionally, the army conducted a series of night invasions on homes in the eastern neighborhood, searching and ransacking them, causing serious damage, inspecting the IDs of dozens of residents, and subjecting them to field interrogations. They also destroyed cameras in the city streets.
The army seized the “Burhan” residential building in the eastern neighborhood, near the southwestern entrance to Tulkarem refugee camp, and forced the residents to leave under threat of weapons, turning the building into a military barracks.

In another incident, the occupation forces stormed the Ektaba suburb east of Tulkarem and raided the house of the Al-Aoufi family, searching it and subjecting the residents to field interrogations.
Furthermore, the soldiers burnt several Palestinian homes and structures, and continued to bulldoze and destroy infrastructure, including streets, water and electric lines.
Earlier last night, the occupation soldiers abducted many young men after raiding homes in the neighborhoods of Ezbet Al-Tayeh, Thanaba, and the city. One of the young men was severely beaten before being arrested.
On Wednesday, the soldiers notified the family of the detainee, Mohammad Jawdat Qassem Shahrour of their intention to seize and demolish his apartment in the eastern neighborhood of the city, giving them a 72-hour ultimatum. Shahrour has been detained since April 9th of the previous year.
The occupation forces continue their complete siege on Tulkarem camp, deploying more soldiers into its almost empty streets and alleys, seizing homes and converting them into military barracks. Many of these homes have been subjected to complete or partial demolitions, explosions, and fires.
During the night, the occupation forces fired live bullets randomly and heavily at homes in the camp, without any reported injuries.
Forced displacement of entire families from inside the camp towards the city continues under the threat of weapons.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society teams are working daily to evacuate the elderly and sick, transporting them to shelters spread throughout the city, its neighborhoods, and several villages and towns in the governorate.
Tulkarem Governor, Abdullah Kamil stated last night that 85% of the residents of Tulkarem camp have been forcibly displaced by the occupation forces during the ongoing aggression.
At least 10,450 Palestinians, approximately 2,105 families, have been forcibly displaced from Tulkarem refugee camp, with only 400 families remaining there.
